HERITAGE IS FOREVER / DEDIŠČINA JE VEČNA (povzetek projekta)

Kaj želite doseči z izvedbo projekta? Kakšni so cilji vašega projekta? Katere rezultate in učinke pričakujete, da boste dosegli?

 

S projektom želimo z neformalnimi orodji in metodami dvigniti zavest in družbeno odgovornost na področju ohranjanja kulturne dediščine v lokalnem okolju in posledično tudi na področju Evropske unije. Predvsem mlade hočemo spodbuditi k razmišljanju, da s svojim lastnim ravnanjem in lastno odgovornostjo vplivajo k izboljšanju odnosa do dediščine, ki so nam jo zapustili naši predniki in jo s tem na nek način varujejo. Hkrati je pomemben cilj  prostovoljcema, ki ju zanima področje varovanja in ohranjanja kulturne dediščine tudi s pomočjo IKT tehnologije, omogočiti aktivno sodelovanje pri izvajanju projekta, kakor tudi pri izvajanju aktivnosti, ki jih v okviru projekta načrtujemo. S tem bosta pridobivala novo znanje in praktične izkušnje ter razvijala kompetence na omenjenem področju, ki pomembno prispevajo k osebni izpolnitvi, vključenosti, prilagodljivosti, inovativnosti ter ne nazadnje k ustvarjanju prednosti na trgu dela in zaposljivosti. 

 

The aim of this project is to raise awareness and social responsibility in the field of cultural heritage preservation in the local environment and, consequently, in the European Union, with the help of informal tools and methods. We want to encourage young people in particularly to think about how their own behaviour and responsibilities helps improve the relationships towards cultural heritage, that our ancestors have left behind, and thus protect it in some way. At the same time, it is an important goal of the volunteers (aged 18-30), who are interested in the field of protection and preservation of cultural heritage using also the ICT technology, to enable active participation in the implementation of the project, as well as in the implementation of the activities planned within the project. By doing so, they will gain new knowledge and practical experience and develop competences in the field, which will significantly contribute to personal fulfilment, inclusion, adaptability, innovation and ultimately to the creation of advantages in the labour market and employability.

 
Katere aktivnosti nameravate izvesti? Koliko udeležencev bo vključenih in kakšni so njihovi profili?
 
 
V sklopu projekta načrtujemo različne aktivnosti, ki bodo zasledovale omenjene cilje in mlade ter ostale zainteresirane postavile v vlogo aktivnih državljanov: okroglo mizo, tematske večere, lokalni posvet z vključitvijo kulturnih organizacij, fotografski natečaj in razstavo, delavnice ter mednarodno znanstveno konferenco na temo ohranjanja kulturne dediščine. V okviru projekta bomo dvema prostovoljcema v starosti od 18 do 30 let z zakonitim prebivališčem v pošiljajoči državi, ki ju zanima varovanje in ohranjanje kulturne dediščine tudi s pomočjo IKT tehnologije, omogočili aktivno sodelovanje pri izvajanju projekta kakor tudi pri izvajanju aktivnosti, ki jih v okviru projekta načrtujemo. Oba prostovoljca bosta del naše organizacije od 1. marca 2019 do 30. novembra 2019. Pri izbiri prostovoljcev se ne bomo toliko ozirali na to, kakšnega spola sta in iz katere države prihajata, temveč nam je pomembnejše, da sta prostovoljca zainteresirana za tematiko, ki jo obravnava projekt ter da se identificirata s področji v okviru katerih deluje naša organizacija. Pri izboru kandidatov ne bomo zahtevali predhodnih kvalifikacij, ravni izobrazbe, posebnih izkušenj ali znanja jezika. Težimo k pravičnemu, preglednemu in nepristranskemu načinu izbora, ne glede na njihovo etnično pripadnost, vero, spolno usmerjenost, politična prepričanja itd.
 
Within the framework of the project, we are planning various activities that will pursue the aforementioned objectives and will put young people and other interested parties in the role of active citizens: a round table, themed evenings, local consultation with the inclusion of cultural organisations, photography competition and exhibition, workshops and an international scientific conference on the preservation of cultural heritage. Within the project, two volunteers between the ages of 18 and 30 with a legal residence in the sender country, that are interested in protecting and preserving of cultural heritage with the help of ICT technology, will be enabled to actively participate in the implementation of the project as well as in the implementation of the planned activities. Both volunteers will be part of our organization from March 1st 2019 to November 30th 2019. When we decide on a volunteer, our focus won’t be on gender and the country they are from, but it will be more important to us that the volunteers are interested in the topics covered by the project and that they identify with the areas in which our organization operates in. When selecting a candidate, the requirements won’t include: prior qualifications, level of education, special experience or language skills. We strive for a fair, transparent and impartial selection mode, regardless of ethnicity, religion, sexual, orientation, political beliefs, etc., of the candidates.
 
 
Kako boste vodili projekt, kdo bodo vaši partnerji in kako boste učinkovito sodelovali z njimi?
 

RIS Dvorec Rakičan združuje visoko kvalificirano, raznoliko in mlado ekipo, ki je zelo motivirana za ustvarjanje novih kakovostnih vsebin, ki so privlačne predvsem za mlade. Celotna ekipa, še posebej naša mentorja in koordinator, bodo prostovoljcema nudila podporo in pomoč na vsakem koraku tako v fazi priprave kot izvedbe projekta in po koncu le tega. Prostovoljcema bomo v podporo tako pri podajanju informacij, komuniciranju, nastanitvi, celotni organizaciji in koordinaciji vseh aktivnosti, ipd. Morebitne težave bomo konstruktivno reševali sproti.  Partnerje bomo izbrali takoj, ko se povežemo s prostovoljcema. Poiskali jih bomo glede na skupne interese obeh organizacij in aktivnosti, ki sovpadajo s temo projekta Dediščina je večna. V primeru, da bosta prostovoljca iz držav, s katerimi smo že sodelovali pri izvajanju mladinskih projektov, se bomo orientirali na že znane partnerje, saj nam bodo predhodno sodelovanje, vezi in izkušnje sodelovanja z njimi, pomagali pri optimalni izvedbi projekta. Z veseljem pa smo pripravljeni na sklepanje novih partnerstev in na dolgoročno sodelovanje z novimi partnerji. Poleg predhodnih priprav s projektnima partnerjema in pripravo prostovoljcev na mobilnost, bomo s partnerjema sodelovali tudi v času trajanja mobilnosti. Sodelovanje s projektnima partnerjema bo potekalo tako, da jima bomo preko spletnih orodij (Skype, Viber, Facebook) mesečno poročali o vseh aktivnostih njunih prostovoljcev, skozi diskusijo odpravljali morebitne težave in iskali najboljše rešitve in odgovore na vprašanja ter na ta način vzpostavili močnejšo vez med partnerskimi organizacijami.

RIS Mansion Rakičan combines a highly qualified, diverse and young team that is highly motivated to create new quality content that is attractive especially to young people. The entire team, especially our mentor and coordinator, will provide volunteers with support and help at every step of the way, both in the preparation phase as well as implementation phase of the project and beyond that. Volunteers will receive help in the area of providing information, communication, accommodation, organization and coordination of all activities, etc. We will solve any problems in a constructive and timely manner. We will select the partners as soon as we made contact with the volunteers. We will conduct our search for them according to the common interests of both organizations and activities that coincide with the theme of the project “Heritage Is Forever”. In the event that the candidates come from countries with which we have already collaborated with in the implementation of youth projects, we will get in contact with these already known partners since the connections, experiences and previous collaborations with them will only help us with the optimal implementation of the project. We are excited to enter new partnerships and for a long-term cooperation with new partners. In addition to prior preparations with the project partners and preparation of the volunteers on mobility, we will also work with our partners during the duration of the mobility. Cooperation with project partners will take place through the use of online tools (Skype, Viber, Facebook) on every activity of their volunteers, discussing possible problems and looking for best solutions as well as finding answers to questions, thus establishing a stronger connection between the partner organizations.
